Marion Richards Associates was formed in 2008 to support & guide small and medium sized recruitment businesses with a bid and tender management service. The founder, Richard Marlin, has extensive experience in the recruitment and training industries and specifically within the tender and bid management functions.

Richard has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and started his career as a recruitment consultant. He went on to become a branch manager and later, an area manager. For the last 13 years, Richard has worked as a Contracts / Bids Manager for Select Appointments, Carlisle Staffing Services, Angela Mortimer PLC, National Bids Manager for Brook Street (UK) Limited and Babcock International PLC. Richard has worked in the private, public and charity sectors.
Richard has an in depth knowledge of EU / OJEU Regulations, the purchasing and tendering process and a thorough understanding of operational and contractual industry practices.
